Exchanges and Returns are accepted for all unworn items with tags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (U.S. & Canada orders). Exchanges are free. Returns for a refund are subject to a small flat rate return fee. Any damaged or used goods will not be accepted. Returns and Exchanges are not available for free gifts/promotional items as well as any accessories. 

Ten/10 accepts all unworn products for a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges can be initiated online going through our return portal here

For refunds, once item is received and reviewed, it takes 5-8 business days for the refund to enter your bank account.

For exchanges, once item is received, it takes 2-5 business days to process and send out your exchanged item once the item has been received. 

Exchanges are indeed allowed! They must be for the same style item and unworn, you can exchange for a different size and color. The new item(s) will be shipped once the original order has been received.

Yes! Ten/10 is an international brand.
