US Shipping
TEN/10 APPAREL customers get fast, free domestic shipping on all orders over $75. Other orders qualify for our discounted standard flat rate shipping of $7.
Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 5 - 7 business days. Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our facility to your doorstep between 3-7 business days. For orders over $200.00, a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. For questions regarding signature requirements, please contact USPS for more information.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation regarding your shipping details.
Shipping Rate & Delivery *All shipments are sent from Jacksonville, FL . Orders ship between Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
Expedited Order Delivery Time: Expedited orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the ship date. Payment processing time is not included within this shipping estimated delivery window.
Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. Ten/10 Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
International Shipping
We are working on providing Premium Fits to as many people in as many locations as possible. International shipping costs will depend on the country and location of the delivery address and will be determined at check out. Deliveries can take up to 25 days for Canada shipments. TEN/10 APPAREL currently offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 USD to Canada (Free for orders $150 and up).
NOTE: International shipments are eligible for return only. If you choose to return your order, please email info@ten10apparel.com for a Return Authorization form and note that TEN/10 APPAREL is not responsible for return postage fees.
NOTE: Customs and Duties may be charged upon delivery by your countries border services agency. TEN/10 APPAREL is not responsible for these.

What Is Route Shipping Protection?
Ten/10 Apparel has partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to offer the best possible end to tend delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Their world-class application also provides real-time updates. If you experienced an issue with your order, just file a claim with Route’s team here.
All Route enabled orders include 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping.
Where to make a Route Claim?
Protect your order from loss, damage, or theft Refunds or reorders in just a few clicks Route’s optional protection is offered to you solely in order to effectuate the shipment of your package(s). Route fee paid by the customer is a non-refundable insurance protection fee. Customers will receive a separate email from Route with Claim protection information. Note: Refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged orders will not be approved for orders with denied courier/Route claims
Premium shipping protection is non-refundable.

What we deem as lost:
- Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.
- We reserve the right to class this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a refund or replacement.
If a claim is to be made for a lost shipment, the form must be submitted at least 20 days after the shipment date for Domestic shipments and 40 days for International shipments.
What we deem as damaged:
- Items arrive damaged in transit - apparel is wet, stained, torn etc
- Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
-Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.
What we do not cover:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
- Delays in transit
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or dispatch delays
- Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees, and these will be deducted from your refund
- If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions
Our policy for unprotected parcels:
We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 5-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.
If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement. Maximum refund possible for unprotected parcels are $200 for your order if approved.
Additional information:
Receive your order date listed on product pages (ex. "RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY DDD, MMM DD") is based on the fastest shipping option available ordered by 2 PM EST on the current day for domestics orders.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
