Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our clothing to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or incorrect items for Exchange or Return.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must have been purchased within the last 30 days for U.S. domestic orders, 45 days for international orders.
Items must in the same condition that you received it, including tags and labels. There must not be any human or animal hair dander, and the item must be free of any foreign odors such as the smell of cigarettes. Shipping for exchanges are free. Returns for a refund however are subject to a flat rate return fee that will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns. Any damaged or used goods will not be accepted. Only one return per order is allowed.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Any item marked 'FINAL SALE' which are final and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns and Exchanges are not available for free gifts/promotional items.
No exchange returns on orders outside of the United States at this time, only refund returns will be accepted for international orders. Please refer to next section for additional information.
Your return products must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving of the return label.
We will replace your items if they do not fit, defective, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please do so via our exchange portal.
Shipping service for items that are being exchanged are offered at no charge. Exchanges are for the same style item. We offer one exchange per order.
** International orders are not eligible for exchange ** You may return your order but please note, Ten/10 Apparel is not responsible for any shipping costs. For international orders, If a wrong size, color, or any other variant option is ordered by a customer you will have to place a new order to receive a correct item variant.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days of receipt of the item. You may also elect for store credit. A restocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund after it has passed inspection. Start a return via the returns portal here.
Customers have the ability to select and pay for Route Package Protection to protect there order. The cost for this premium shipping protection is non-refundable. Please refer to the shipping policy page for more information.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Receive your order date listed on product pages (ex. "RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY DDD, MMM DD") is based on the fastest shipping option available ordered by 2 PM EST on the current day.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
